QUANTUM PHYSICS AND THE INFLUENCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS

by TimeWaver

On the quantum level all incidents are controlled by probabilities. Extensive experiments at the Princeton University’s PEAR lab (and other Universities as well) by Professor Robert Jahn and Brenda Dunne, have shown that such probabilities can be influenced by consciousness, even from a great distance. Because of its dual nature, directed either to the external physical or to the internal psychic reality, our consciousness normally does not have direct access to the Information Field. The Swiss psychologist C.G. Jung was the first to recognize that the individual unconscious communicates directly with a kind of global Information Field, which he called the collective unconscious.

SCIENCE AND INFORMATION FIELDS – A HISTORIC OVERVIEW

by TimeWaver

Niels Bohr, one of the most important founders of quantum physics, says: “He who is not shocked by quantum physics has not understood it.” Erwin Schrödinger, Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker, Rupert Sheldrake, Hans Peter Dürr, and Roger Nelson described what we call an Information Field as a field of mental and physical interactions, and gave the observed phenomena different names. But on one point they all agree, namely, consciousness can interact with and have an influence on material processes.
However, most of us have neither understood the meaning of quantum physics nor use its insights in our everyday life. The well-known Viennese quantum physicist Anton Zeilinger, who was the first to succeed in a quantum teleportation experiment, confirms that reality at its most fundamental level is not matter or substance but pure information. Even Max Planck said that spirit is the foundation of all matter. Quantum physicists, such as David Bohm or Karl Pribram, speak of an Information Field that connects mind and matter. Why not use this knowledge?
